There's worst things than not reviewing a new product to you ...like brain damage. So Rest when you need to rest and eat when you are suppose to eat whether you think can or not I assure you, you can. If you find yourself beyond the 48 hour mark awake maybe set a time to pause with the tweaking and eat and get a least 6-8 hours of sleep, there's nothing worst than dead brain cells to damper a binge. nomad
